Ian is experienced in providing archaeological advice and mitigation strategies for development sites in both rural and urban settings; including road schemes,
mineral extraction sites, commercial and housing development, as well as smaller domestic projects. He also regularly advises The Church of England Diocese of Leeds (West Yorkshire and the Dales) on
archaeological matters for developments through the faculty system.
